Terms and Conditions of Sale
All orders placed with RXelectronics are subject to the terms of this Agreement, including the following Terms and Conditions of Sale. Any purported change submitted by Buyer in any additional documentation is hereby expressly rejected. Preprinted terms and conditions on Purchase Order of the Buyer and/or RXelectronics’s failure to object to conflicting or additional terms will not change or add to the terms of this Agreement. By acceptance of this Sale Order, Buyer hereby accepts all of the Sale Order Terms and Conditions. To the extent that any provision of this Agreement conflicts with any term or condition set forth in any prior or subsequent documentation, the provisions of this Agreement shall supersede and control. Orders placed on forms deviating from these terms and conditions may be accepted, but solely on the basis that the terms of this Agreement will prevail and such terms will be the sole terms governing the order. Any violation of these terms and conditions will result in future business being terminated.Order Validation and Acceptance
Buyer should summit the order including any relevant information with accuracy within sufficient time to enable RXelectronics to complete the order. RXelectronics specializes in Product shortages exploration and procuring hard-to-find components. Buyer acknowledges that this Product will NO LONGER have traceability to the original manufacturer, especially for Product with older date codes. Buyer must stipulate at the time of order if it requires a traceability papertrail relating to the original manufacturer for Product acceptance. If Buyer has not expressly required a traceability, buyer waives any right to return product for lack of traceability documentation and RXelectronics will reject any return request resulted from lack of traceability documentation. Order acceptance is expressly binded to the Terms and Conditions written in the Sales Order, and under no circumstance shall any of the Terms and Conditions contained in the Buyer’s acceptance, whether by acknowledgement or otherwise, become part of the Sales Order.When you place an order with RXelectronics, we may verify your method of payment, shipping address and/or tax-exempt identification number (if any) before processing your order. Your placement of an order with RXelectronics is an acceptance of the terms contained in this Agreement.
Buyer acknowledges that RXelectronics may complete your order by processing your order after verification of funds and shipping the Product.
RXelectronics may also, at its discretion, reject your order and decline to complete any part of it. If we fail to complete your order resulted from some unexpected reasons, formal notice would be addressed via email address or other contact information provided in your order. No order shall be considered completed until the Product has been shipped.
Product Information & Pricing
RXelectronics is committed to provide up-to-date and accurate information relating to Products and prices, but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information. RXelectronics makes no representation as to the accuracy or completeness of the Product information, and DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES UNDER ANY THEORY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT INFORMATION. Any typographical or other errors or omissions in any sales literature, pricing, invoice or quote is subject to correction without any liability on RXelectronics’s part. RXelectronics recommends Buyer validate any product information before using or acting on such information. All product information is subject to change without notice, and RXelectronics is not responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions in product information. RXelectronics reserves the right to make changes to the specifications of any product and/or service supplied which are required to conform with any applicable statutory requirements or result from any changes in manufacturer’s product specification which do not materially affect quality or performance.Pricing for electronic components and other commodities is set on the basis of the market trend. Prices and availability may be subject to change at any time prior to RXelectronics’s completion of your order. Quotations, unless otherwise stated, are valid on the day of issue only, and RXelectronics may change them without notice. Pricing for product before shipment arranged may be increased following any increase in RXelectronics’s costs, change in market conditions or any other causes beyond RXelectronics’s reasonable control. Prices are for products only and do not include taxes, shipping costs, duties, and any other charges or fees, such as fees for special packaging and labeling of the products, permits, certificates, customs declarations and registration. Unless otherwise stated on RXelectronics’s proposal, quote or invoice, Buyer is responsible for any and all additional fees. Products are sold on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. Any discovery of mismatch in product description, availability or pricing of the parts stated in your order, we will notify you immediately with options to remedy the issue. RXelectronics reserves the right to allocate the sale of products among its Buyers.
Acceptance of Product
Buyer must notify RXelectronics in writing of any damage to the outer packaging or the Products, shortage, or other discrepancy ("Visual Defect") within five business days after receipt of the shipment and prior to shipment to an end customer; otherwise, Buyer is deemed to have accepted the products and may not revoke acceptance. If the Buyer fails to give such notice, the goods will be considered accepted in all respects. Use of any portion of the order after delivery constitutes approval and acceptance of the order by Buyer.Returns and Refunds
All products from RXelectronics are indicated exact manufacturer’s names and part numbers. Please check part number, brand and other related information carefully before you place order. RXelectronics will not accept any return or replacement request if customers make mistake by themselves.1.Acceptance conditions for returns or replacements:
1). Please make sure the receipt and check of items within one week after receipt of the goods.2). If there are quality problems, please show the test report from authorized test houses or submitted user’s defected feedback report within 30 days. It shall not be accepted once expired. Please be sure to retain the original packaging and label for all products which need to be returned or replaced.
3). If the actual number of receipt and the model do not match, please provide photos of the receipt, goods and related pictures to prove. Once confirmed that RXelectronics sent the wrong goods , RXelectronics will arrange the replacements timely for you.
4). If apply for returns because of product quality problems, you need to provide detailed performance test report, which acts as replacements or returns proofs for RXelectronics to negotiate with suppliers.
5). About purchase order issued VAT invoice, you need to send the invoice back to us as well after returns confirmed.
2.Non-acceptance conditions for returns or replacements
1). Original packaging and labels are damaged or missing.2). Already used or tested products (with the exception of products’ quality problems)
3). If customer don’t show any objection to the quality of the product within 30 days, RXelectronics will take it as the product quality is fully in line with the requirements by default.
4). The customer's own mistake for the wrong orders.
3. Return address : If returns or replacements are confirmed, we will offer you concrete shipment address for returns or replacements.
4. Process time for customer service:
1). RXelectronics’s customer service representatives will accept and solve return applications in 2 days after customers submitted them.2). RXelectronics will refund or replace the goods after getting returns back .
