Operating from a single +5V supply, it supports a 0V to VREF output range (with external reference up to 5.5V) and delivers rail-to-rail output swing. The device includes a built-in precision reference (2.048V, ±0.5% initial accuracy), power-down mode (<1µA standby current), and SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE-compatible 3-wire serial interface. Designed for industrial control, instrumentation, and automated test equipment, the MAX551AEPA+ offers low glitch energy (<1nV·s), fast settling time (10µs to ±1 LSB), and robust ESD protection (±2kV HBM). Shipping Rates
