Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (M) package, it features a built-in charge-pump frequency multiplier, op-amp comparator, and open-collector output driver. Designed for high accuracy and wide dynamic range, it converts input frequencies from 0.1 Hz to 10 kHz into proportional DC output voltages with excellent linearity (<0.3% error typical). The device operates from a single +5 V to +28 V supply or dual ±12 V supplies, offering flexible biasing. Internal hysteresis ensures noise immunity, while external RC components allow easy scaling and filtering. Widely used in tachometers, speed control, RPM sensing, and analog signal conditioning applications. Pin-compatible with the LM2917, it supports both ground-referenced and floating inputs. Shipping Rates
