It operates from a single 2.35 V to 5.25 V supply and achieves up to 1 MSPS throughput with excellent dynamic performance: SNR of 70 dB and THD of –85 dB typical at 100 kHz input. Featuring a serial SPI-compatible interface, it supports both standard and daisy-chain configurations. The device includes an internal 2.5 V reference (±0.3% initial accuracy), programmable power-down mode (<1 µA standby current), and on-chip sample-and-hold. Housed in a compact 10-lead 3 mm × 3 mm MSOP package, it is ideal for portable instrumentation, industrial process control, and medical data acquisition. Shipping Rates

Shipping cost is based on destination, size and weight, including shipping insurance.
